Description Overview

We are seeking a full-time Junior PMO for 12 months to provide projects coordination and PMO support for migration and transformation initiatives. The role ensures timely follow-up on activities, accurate reporting, and high-quality deliverables for steering committees and stakeholders and high-quality documentation across all phases.

We currently work in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.

Scope of the Role
-Coordinate governance and prepare executive reporting
-Maintain and update action trackers, RAID logs, and projects templates, and support on creation of process flows, trackers and word documentation on processes
-Consolidate KPIs and progress reports from multiple workstreams.
-Organize and document meetings (agenda, minutes, follow-ups).
-Coordinate with teams and support workshops
-Ensure SharePoint/Teams hygiene and version control for projects documentation.
-Monitor delivery vs plan and flag deviations
-Support Project Lead on implementation and migration activities

Experience Required
-1–3 years in project coordination, PMO support, or similar roles.
-Bachelor’s degree (Business or Economics as preference)
-Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word; familiarity with SharePoint/Teams.
-Excellent organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
-Languages: English (professional level)
