Senior Recruiter – Semiconductor Manufacturing (Contract)
Location: Netherlands

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing recruitment to support manufacturing operations in Nijmegen. This is a business-critical position that requires close collaboration with local stakeholders and hiring managers. As such, candidates must be based in Nijmegen or within a reasonable commuting distance and be available to work on-site regularly. You will play a key role in attracting and hiring FAB technicians and other technical professionals essential to supporting and scaling production operations.
Key Responsibilities

-Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for manufacturing and technical positions, including:

-FAB Technicians
-Cleanroom Operators
-Technical Specialists
-Partner closely with on-site hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and production leadership teams.
-Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract semiconductor and high-tech talent within the Dutch market.
-Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and local talent channels.
-Conduct candidate screening interviews in Dutch.
-Coordinate and manage interview processes with hiring teams and stakeholders.
-Assess candidate suitability against technical requirements and organisational culture.
-Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
-Provide insights on talent market trends, availability, and competitor activity across Nijmegen and the Netherlands.
-Ensure compliance with Dutch employment legislation and company policies.
-Maintain accurate recruitment records, reporting, and applicant tracking system (ATS) documentation.Required Skills & Experience

-Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, ideally within:

-Semiconductor manufacturing
-High-tech or advanced manufacturing environments
-Demonstrated success recruiting for:

-FAB Technicians
-Cleanroom or Production Personnel
-Engineering and Technical Professionals
-Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing operations and talent requirements.
-Fluent Dutch language skills (mandatory).
-Professional-level English communication skills.
-Must be based in the Nijmegen region or within commuting distance.
-Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
-Hands-on, delivery-focused approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
