About the Role

As a Solution Support Associate Intern, you’ll be the frontline voice of SAP Business network, helping customers navigate one of the world’s largest B2B marketplaces. You’ll combine technical curiosity, problem-solving, and communication skills to deliver solutions that create real business impact.

You’ll collaborate globally, troubleshoot challenges, and help customers maximize the value of SAP Business Network solutions, making you a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

-Provide real-time support via chat, phone, and webform for SAP Business Network applications
-Resolve customer issues efficiently targeting 80% resolution without escalation
-Deliver timely, high-quality responses aligned with service level goals
-Document and manage customer cases using CRM tools with precision and accountability
-Collaborate with internal teams to drive seamless customer solutions
-Represent SAP Business Network with professionalism, positivity, and expertise
-Continuously meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction standards

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

-Currently pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent technical program)
 

Preferred Qualifications

-Strong technical aptitude (software, hardware, internet tools)
-Previous experience in customer service, IT support, or troubleshooting
-Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and customer-focused
-Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure
-Adaptability when working with users of varying technical skill levels
-Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
-Exposure to global or multicultural environments is a plus
-Additional language skills are highly valued
