Role Responsibilities

* Protect product quality and patient safety: Manage EU batch and product releases, support recalls and Product Quality Reviews, and ensure robust GMP/GDP compliance so patients consistently receive safe, high x2011;quality medicines.
* Maintain and improve the Quality System: Coordinate investigations, deviations, CAPAs, change control and product quality complaints; contribute to the creation and maintenance of QMS documentation, SOPs, self x2011;inspections and contractor audits to drive continuous improvement.
* First contact in case of complaints, registration & follow-up on complaints. Archive the related documentation.

Requirements

* Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Laboratory Assistant or equivalent
* First years in a similar QA or related environment in the pharma industry
* Knowledge of GMP/GDP processes
* Fluent level of Dutch or French and English, trilingual in Dutch, French and English is ideal.
