The intern will also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in JET’s sophisticated data infrastructure.Along with the Key Responsibilities listed, you will understand the key drivers behind marketing KPIs. You will contribute to mid-size projects and work effectively within a high-performing team, able to provide valuable development to newer members.Various ad hoc projects will also come your way, including assisting the wider marketing analytics team with campaign performance analysis, Tableau dashboard development, and other strategic projects.These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- You will create data visualisations to improve business processes by creating/maintaining Tableau dashboards
- Together with a senior analyst, create deep-dive analysis that exceeds regular dashboarding insights, e.g. business case development, problem-solving data analysis, etc.
- Investigate and troubleshoot anomalies in marketing data, data products and data pipelines.
- Learn and execute smooth workflow between sql, python/R, MS office suite and tableau
- Contribute to specific marketing analysis, such as simple regression and trend analysis to identify business opportunities and abnormalities
What will you bring to the table?
- Someone who loves to own the problem end to end and deliver with excellence
- Some hands on experience with Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations
- Working knowledge of Bigquery SQL, R and/or Python
- Good communicator, with the ability to develop strong business relationships and networks with stakeholders across a multi-national organization
- Eye for detail, accurate and precise
- Ability to think analytically and be mathematically skilled
- Must be registered as a student, studying a relevant course
