Your new role
As Digital Lead in Corporate Procurement, you will operate at the forefront of AI-enabled transformation across the Source-to-Pay value chain. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, shaping digital solutions, and ensuring their successful implementation and adoption across the organisation. This is a strategic, hands-on role that combines strong procurement expertise with the delivery of AI-driven solutions built on existing procurement digital platforms.
In this role, you will:

-Lead complex digital and AI initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring measurable business impact

-Collaborate with procurement leaders and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate them into scalable digital solutions

-Design, prototype, and implement GenAI and automation use cases within the procurement domain, including AI agents, prompt flows, and workflow automation tools

-Work closely with data & BI specialists, Enterprise IT, the AI Centre of Excellence and external partners to scale solutions across the organization

-Act as a trusted advisor, bridging business and technical perspectives to drive adoption and informed decision-making

Your new department
Corporate Procurement manages Novo Nordisk’s global indirect spend of approximately 130 billion DKK and plays a vital role in delivering strategic value through sourcing and supplier partnerships.
You will join the Advanced Analytics team within the Advanced Technology department—a high-performing group of data analysts, engineers, project managers and system experts dedicated to advancing digital transformation across procurement. The team collaborates closely across functions, fostering a dynamic and innovative environment where AI and analytics are key drivers of business impact.
Your skills and qualifications
To succeed in this role, you bring a strong combination of procurement expertise, digital capabilities, and the ability to translate strategy into practical solutions. You thrive in complex environments and are motivated by delivering tangible business value through innovation.
We expect you to have:

-A relevant academic degree in economics, business administration, finance, engineering, supply chain management or a related field
style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Around 10+ years of procurement experience, including at least 5 years working hands-on with digital or AI solutions in a procurement context

-Proven experience designing and scaling AI-enabled solutions, including AI agents with memory and skill configuration, workflow automation, and solutions built using tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Microsoft Fabric

-Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa or other Source-to-Pay systems; familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g. Azure) is an advantage

-Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences

What we offer
Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600 to 1,091,600 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
