Associate Director Requirements:

* BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Energy, or similar
* Extensive experience in construction industry
* Client facing experience
* Strong communication skills
* Initiative and attention to detail
* Team management

Associate Director Duties:

* Oversee Key Client Accounts, developing client relationships
* Manage teams and ensure company targets are met
* Business development
* Work closely with Scheduling and Resourcing Team and other Team Leaders
* Input into key strategic decision-making to ensure positive and sustainable growth
* Support clients in increasing the environmental performance of their developments
* Provide input into marketing and advertising
* Work across a range of services such as; Whole Life Carbon Assessments, Circular Economy Statements, ESG Assessments, Net Zero Roadmaps, Materials Lifecycle Analysis, Air Quality Assessments, Carbon Baseline Calculation & Reports, Environmental Product Declaration’s, Waste Reduction Strategies, Thermal Comfort & Overheating, Daylight Sunlight & Overshadowing, Internal Daylight Modelling, LZC Feasibility Studies, Building Regulations Compliance, SAP/SBEM, Thermal Bridging, Energy Strategy, Energy Statements, and Carbon Management Plans
