Please check the following .Your role:You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and test of real time embedded C++ software using traditional, modeling, and formal methods.You will collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, where you get to work on robotics projects using Matlab, Simulink, and ROS for controlling all motion within a medical X-ray system.You will join a high-performance, culturally diverse, highly educated software and mechatronics department, working on prototyping, new product development, obsolescence, and field issue (data) analysis.This flexible role offers you the opportunity to work on a hybrid working model (spend at least 3 days working from the office and up to 2 days from home).From a competitive salary to flexible working, a career at Philips comes with all sorts of wonderful benefits. Be sure to speak to your recruiter about benefits in your region.You’re the right fit if:You are a resident of the NetherlandsYou hold a master’s degree in a relevant Software Engineering fieldYou have over 5 years’ experience in real-time embedded software developmentYou have full lifecycle software development experience in C++You have experience with formal methods and related technologies such as: ASD, Dezyne, mCRL2, CoCoPrior experience in the field of automation or robotics is an advantage (ROS, Matlab, Simulink)You have experience working with a very large codebase (new and legacy code) requiring new features added, updates, (bug)fixing and improvements in existing codeYou are a team player who can work well with cross functional teams and comfortably engage and communicate with technical and non-technical team membersYou possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skillsYou possess a lean/pragmatic attitude who can drive change and continuously seeks improvements and ways to reduce ‘waste’Experience in working in a healthcare or other regulated environment product development environment is an advantageAbout our ProductsAbout Philips
