Our Client, Bury Council, is seeking an Adults Social Worker to join their Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
Hold longer-term adult cases within a local community area Complete Care Act assessments and reviews Develop and monitor care and support plans Safeguard adults at risk (s42 enquiries) Work with carers and complete carers’ assessments Support independence, wellbeing, and prevention Coordinate multi-agency and community-based services Review commissioned care packages and outcomes Maintain clear, timely, and lawful records
Requirements of this role:
Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England. Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent) Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience post qualifying working as a Qualified social worker
