An inclusive and supportive primary school in Daventry is seeking a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team with an immediate start. Key Duties

Provide consistent 1:1 support tailored to the pupil’s individual needs

Monitor progress and share feedback with staff

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working with children, ideally in a school or support setting

Be patient, understanding, and able to build strong relationships

Have knowledge of additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, or SEMH (desirable)

Be proactive, reliable, and adaptable

Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents

Show a genuine commitment to supporting individual learning needs
