Job Title: Transport Administrator

Location: Cheshunt

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Company Overview: Our client, a well-established logistics company based in Cheshunt, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Transport Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the pallet network sector and a strong administrative background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily transport schedules.
• Liaise with drivers, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and track shipments, updating relevant systems and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any transport-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a transport administrative role, preferably within a pallet network.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
