About our Team

Y ou will be joining a team to develop and build the ICIS Training portfolio and contribute towards the transition of the business to become a provider of an e-learning suite of training products across chemicals, energy, and sustainability.

About the Role

The role requires a unique blend of communication skills, creativity and collaboration and technical and operational expertise to create and execute the development of the training business.

You will lead and drive the existing training programme, define the schedule, and promotion of courses. You will work in collaboration with the Training Coordinator to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of courses.

You will be required to communicate with a large and varied stakeholder group both internally and externally to ensure that we develop training for customers that are aligned to the skills and capability that the market requires.

You will work in partnership with the Head of Customer Success to develop the training programmes in line with the broader corporate picture, as we transform our services, products, and platforms, and to ensure a strategic fit with the ICIS vision. In parallel, you will develop a programme of enhancements transitioning the business to become an e-learning provider.

Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of commercially successful training courses in person and/or virtually

• Develop and maintain relationships with associations, partners, and JVs; identifying ways to accelerate growth

• Development of existing events portfolio and identification of new events and formats in line with the overall strategy, customer needs and market dynamics

• Supports development of the long term strategy for ICIS Training including delivery of the LMS model
