Commercial Intern Training (Immunology) in Uxbridge, United Kingdom

Regeneron is seeking a motivated and Intern with a passion for Training with strong project management skills to join our team. This role will provide the intern with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Commercial teams training and development within a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in design, development and implementation of commercial Immunology training program and initiatives.

• Collaborate with the training lead to identify needs and gaps across the International Immunology sales teams.

• Support the creating of training materials, including presentations, guides.

• Assist in coordination and logistics of training sessions including scheduling and preparing materials Support the training lead in evaluating the effectiveness of the training program through regular feedback surveys and assessments.

• Support the training lead in creating and managing the training plan/calendar for International Immunology team.
