The position

As a Training Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will:
•    Support leaders on how to identify and assign relevant training ensuring training content is structured and with accessible training plans according to Novo Nordisk Training procedures. 
•    Collaborate with process responsible maintaining training assignments and continuously improve training administration 
•    Act as a local superuser of training IT systems and support with training registration, assignments/un-assignments, etc., in systems or collaborate with Training Services.
•    Ensure stakeholders have sufficient knowledge about the training administrations standards and tools to handle their responsibilities.
•    Drive small training administration projects and related improvement projects.

Please be aware that your position will commence at Novo Nordisk Bagsvaerd and relocate to Novo Nordisk Taastrup in Q3 of next year.

Qualifications

•    At least 3+ years with training administration and/or experience with administration roles
•    Familiarity with learning and training administration
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to establish positive relationships
•    Proficiency in English language at business level
•    A structured approach to work with a keen eye for detail and quality.

We expect that as an individual, you possess a service-oriented attitude with a focus on finding solutions. You should also have a team player mentality, being willing to take on additional responsibilities to contribute to the team and organization’s overall success. Agility in adapting to changing circumstances is also a valuable quality. Additionally, you should have a structured approach to work, particularly in executing administrative tasks, and strong interpersonal skills to connect with stakeholders. Finally, you should be able to work independently while also being an effective collaborator.

About the department
As a member of our department, you will collaborate with colleagues from various areas, including Supply Chain, Finance, and other support functions. Our team is dedicated to providing innovative solutions that cater to our patients’ needs, and we pride ourselves on being a diverse and inclusive group. You will have the chance to work alongside talented professionals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive our organization forward.

Moreover, you will be part of a P&O team consisting of 10 colleagues who specialize in Organizational Design, HR Business Partnering, Training, and Communication. This team will provide you with a supportive environment to learn and grow, allowing you to contribute to the team’s success while also developing your own skills.
