Job Role

Training and implementation

Job Overview:

To be the face of Biosite for our customers during the implementation process of Biosite’s product range. This will involve providing in-depth knowledge on functionality and capabilities of Biosite’s entire product range to achieve the best solution for the customer needs.

You will also be responsible for training customers to use Biosite products and to provide training material and customised training to the customers’ requirements both at customer’s offices and construction sites. You will also be responsible for ensuring long term customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Liaise with customers to understand their requirements.

  • Implementing and application of Biosite’s products to meet customers specifications.

  • Provide professional training sessions on Biosite products.

  • Update and provide detailed training material to customers.

  • Assist customers with any technical issues during implementation.

  • Assist sales team with onboarding new customers.

  • Report any potential issues or concerns to the line manager.

  • Travel to various locations across the UK as required.

  • Possibility of travel abroad due to expansion.

  • Be flexible to customer availability.

  • Contribute to a team with good work efficiency and responsibility.

  • Train new employees on proper use of Biosite products

  • Be able to manage your own workload.

    Requirement:

  • In Depth knowledge of Biosite products

  • Full UK driving license

  • Ability to attend customer meetings.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly.

  • Demonstrate ability of high -level engagement with director level customers and proof of customer satisfaction analysis and monitoring.
