Elke week wordt besteed aan een ander thema binnen je domein. Zo leer je de vaardigheden van je academische opleiding te vertalen naar de praktijk. Waar van toepassing besteden we aandacht aan de technische ontwikkeling, met de nodige certificatietrajecten, maar ook aan de ontwikkeling van soft-skills zoals communiceren, adviseren en samenwerken. De opleidingen worden gebracht door onze eigen senior consultants en een technische mentor ondersteunt je bij de verdere uitbouw van je carrière. Wanneer je het programma hebt afgerond ga je bij ons aan de slag als consultant binnen jouw kennisdomein.Ons young professional program gaat zowel in maart als de zomer door, maar je kan vandaag voor beide al solliciteren. When you start at Ordina’s Supply Chain Optimization unit, your first client could be a big international company in the pharmaceutical sector where you make sure the production process runs smoothly so medicines reach patients without interruptions. Or you make sure trucks are filled to the maximum capacity, thus minimizing ecological impact. Or you make sure a paramedic follows the optimal route to his patients’ houses so he can be home in time to take care of his own family.

• You describe yourself as analytical, curious, determined to solve problems, client-friendly and a team player. You do not mind gathering extra knowledge and getting certified in different tools.
• You recently completed a master’s degree with a focus on mathematics
• You have a basis in an Object-Oriented Programming language or are willing to learn this
• You have a basis in databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle or are willing to learn this
• You have a first experience in a project or thesis with optimization, statistics, big data, or Artificial Intelligence
