Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are looking for a proactive, creative and curious Process Engineer with manufacturing and Time & Method competences to join the Process Engineering Team in our HQ (Cesena, Italy). He/She will define manual assembly process for new products or improvement projects, and will work in cross functional teams and coordinate internal or external resources. We are searching for innovation and passion in lean production to be on the cutting edge.Your Impact

  • Analyze projects with R&D and Operations Teams, validate and implement the best process to ensure safety, quality, time and costs for manual assemblies and suggest equipment to develop with Technology Department
  • Define Production Time & Method
  • Improve rules and standards of manufacturing process
  • Develop tools in order to manage activities/resources
  • Lead improvement projects on the shop floor and value stream
  • Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress

About YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are a team player with leadership skills.
What you should bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Automation/Mechatronic Engineering/Information Technology
  • Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies and principles of Lean Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of the Office package, specifically Excel
  • Manufacturing and Time & Method skills
  • Experience in the assembly process
  • Strong practical sense
  • Available for short trips
  • Good level of English
