Work tasks:

-Manage Halliburton Cementing SAP S4 business processes (equipment transfer, scheduling and business process support).
-Coordinate mobilization and demobilization activities.
-Manage operational scheduling and ensure alignment between equipment and operational requirements.
-Execute and maintain equipment transfer activities within SAP S/4HANA according to established processes.
-Act as a focal point between Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, and Offshore teams to ensure timely and accurate equipment movements.
-Monitor equipment status and availability to prevent operational delays and mobilization hold-ups.
-Maintain accurate equipment records and ensure system integrity through timely updates and transaction management.
-Support compliance with Halliburton policies, asset management requirements, and audit standards.
-Ensure full end-to-end traceability of equipment movements between onshore and offshore locations.
-Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment management, planning processes, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

-Extensive knowledge of SAP, preferably S4 HANA, focuses on equipment management, equipment transfers and scheduling
-Solution-oriented mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and finding practical solutions
-5-10 years of relevant work experience may compensate for formal education
Trade Certificate of apprenticeship within (enter specific; e.g. well engineering, logistics, office and administration, industrial fitter etc.)
