We’re seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team across primary, secondary, and SEN provisions. While experience and qualifications are advantageous, they are not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.If you have a background in residential care homes, youth work, nursing, or caring for the elderly, your skills are highly transferable to these roles.In this position, you will:Support and inspire young learners to achieve their full potential through interactive and engaging approaches.Work with small groups on activities that promote literacy, numeracy, and life skills.Provide feedback to class teachers on student progress and development.Skills and attributes:Comprehensive training and opportunities for career progression will be provided.Possess empathy, patience, and a drive to make a difference in students’ lives.
