Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs or those requiring extra assistance.
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities, including lesson preparation, materials organization, and classroom management.
• Supporting students with their learning and personal development, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create inclusive and engaging learning experiences for all students.

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Relevant experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
