We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team! If you are an analytical and organized person and you are passionate about the Supply Chain functions, this could be the perfect role for you. This role supports your professional development at the center of information and physical flows. It gives you a complete vision of the management of supply activities of Sephora in Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria and Croatia.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

-Database management.
-Purchase and replenishment of the stores.
-Plan and coordinate all the logistic activities.
-Support the store operations (delivery calendar, openings/ remodelling,..) 
-Actively participate to continuous improvement actions in service quality, stock optimization, store efficiency.
-Maintain constant communication and collaboration with suppliers, stores, and the Offer department to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.

-Proven operational drive and analytical abilities

-Strong interpersonal and problem-solving leadership
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. 
-Experience in retail is a plus. 
-Excel – advanced level. 
-English – advanced level.
