The position
As a Supply Chain Business Partner, you will have the responsibility for overseeing the entire end-to-end supply chain process. Your will be supporting Hungary and Croatia and deal with service providers as well as clients. This includes ensuring high-quality deliverables from all parties involved in the Supply Chain processes, all of which must adhere to both local regulations and those set by Novo Nordisk in the respective field. It will also be your duty to embody the vision, values, and commitments of Novo Nordisk in your daily interactions with both internal and external stakeholders. Applicants can apply from two locations Hungary and Croatia. Supply Chain Business Partner repots to Director, CoE Supply Chain.
Your key responsibilities are but not limited to:
-In operations your main role will be to overlook the tasks from the GSC Bangalore Supply Chain Team in your countries, providing feedback to ensure high quality deliverables.
-Ensure the correctness of logistic processes, updates of documentation and certificates required by law and audit management
-Take charge of product orders and communication with the Production sites, ensure correct planning of supply and demand imbalances as well as be responsible for planning delivery timetables and overseeing arrival of shipments.
-To perform contract management, cost/rebate management and controlling, manage inventory levels, perform and oversee warehouse counts, scrapping, sample management.
-Responsible for alignment and ensure correct approach to distribution projects, donation management, emergency orders, product withdrawals from distribution chain and customer complaints.
Qualifications
The successful candidate has to have self- awareness and maturity, readiness to work independently and with others, open personality with demonstrated supply chain expertise, flexibility, problem solving and ability to handle multiple assignments, excellent communication skills.
To be effective in this role, it is mandatory to have:
-University or Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Business Studies;
-Understanding of End to End Supply Chain, specifically demand and order to cash processes.
-SAP Knowledge
-Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain
-Communication skills;
About the department
The Centre of Excellence for Supply Chain was established January 2019 and is responsible for the end to end supply chain across the 20 countries in Europe East. The Centre will be key point of contact for GSC as well as external parties and hold the responsibility for ensuring effective end to end supply chain processes as well as high quality deliverables from all parties in the processes.
