From here, you will influence and co-develop educational programs, particularly within the Data Science learning path,” says Katja Mia Peen, Hiring Manager.How you will make an impactAs a Student Assistant in the Digital Academy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational programs within our organization. You will be an integral part of our team, working on diverse and impactful projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Influencing and co-developing the learning activities and materials offered in Digital Academy, focusing on Data Science.
• Supporting ongoing Data Science and Reporting trainings.
• Driving the administrative aspects of the internal learning framework.
• Creating presentation materials.
• Managing our internal communication channels: MS Teams, SharePoint, and Viva Engage to ensure consistency, relevance, and engagement.
• Supporting the department in planning team events, managing the Outlook Shared Mailbox & Calendar, conducting ad hoc surveys, and more.

What will make you successfulWe are looking for a proactive and autonomous individual with a strong interest in learning and development to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Currently studying and will continue for at least the next 2 years.
• High degree of autonomy, drive, and energy.
• Structured with a keen eye for detail.
• Interest in developing and driving learning concepts within data and digitalization.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate level of Python programming for data analysis.
• Knowledge of PowerBi, RStudio, and Azure would be an advantage.
