Sr Analyst I Cloud Architecture

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Participate in the development and documentation of cloud architecture solutions and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with the cloud architecture team on technical tasks, including research and analysis.
• Gather and analyze data to support cloud architecture decision-making.
• Assist in the maintenance of cloud security and compliance standards.
• Stay updated on cloud technology advancements and provide insights to the team.
• Provide input and support in troubleshooting technical issues within cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation and best practices.
• Assist in regular reporting on the status and progress of cloud architecture projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role years of experience in cloud architecture, IT, or a related field
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior experience working on cross-functional teams in cloud projects, leading small projects, or workstreams in cloud architecture
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) or advanced training a plus
