Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager. You will play a key role in overseeing the customer service function, ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing a small office-based team, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. If you have a passion for team leadership, problem-solving and delivering high-level service within a manufacturing environment, then this role is for you!

Qualifications

Essential:
– Experience as a customer service manager or similar role
– Background in a manufacturing or production environment
– Strong communication skills both written and verbal
– Ability to lead, support and develop a customer service team
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Desirable:
– Experience using CRM or ERP systems is desirable but not essential
– Proactive and flexible approach to work

Roles & Responsibilities
– Oversee the daily customer service operations, ensuring all enquiries, issues and orders are handled promptly and professionally.
– Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a reliable point of contact for key accounts.
– Work closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
– Implement and improve customer service processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
– Monitor service performance metrics, customer satisfaction and workflow, ensuring targets are met consistently.

As Customer Service Manager, you will also be expected to:
– Be a proactive, driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
