Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Support & Contract Specialist to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for our Spanish entity, taking ownership of Contract Management for our local client portfolio. You will be instrumental in preparing, administering, and maintaining contracts, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Service Support & Operations:

Customer Care: Act as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries or routing them efficiently to the appropriate team members.

Service Coordination: Coordinate daily service operations by managing customer communication, scheduling technical interventions, and processing service orders.

Logistics Management: Oversee spare parts logistics, including ordering, tracking deliveries, and organizing shipments to ensure minimal downtime.

Data Integrity: Manage and update service data within Microsoft Business Central, ensuring accurate tracking of all operations.
*

Team Alignment: Participate actively in service team meetings to support internal alignment and smooth communication.

Contract Administration:

Contract Management: Assist in the preparation, drafting, and administration of service contracts for both public and private clients.

Lifecycle Tracking: Ensure contract documentation is accurate and up to date, proactively managing timely renewals and out-of-warranty cases.

Job Requirements

Background & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
*

Experience: Proven experience in a customer service, service operations, or contract administration role.
*

Languages: Excellent written and spoken command of both Spanish and English (essential for internal and external communication).
*

Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (or similar ERP systems).
