Role Responsibilities

* Lead the nutritional and technical dialogue with ruminant customers and prospects, translating their needs into value-adding feed concepts and solutions that support the company’s mission of responsible and sustainable nutrition.
* Co-develop new feed concepts and customer-specific solutions using a broad portfolio of feed additives and nutritional products, working closely with customers’ nutritionists, field teams and internal technical specialists.
* Build and expand long-term commercial relationships across key accounts in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, independently managing complex issues and contributing to market growth and profitability targets.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Science (Master’s in Animal Sciences preferred), giving you the scientific foundation to excel as a trusted technical advisor in ruminant nutrition.
* Proven experience in ruminant nutrition and/or husbandry within a Sales and Technology environment, including technical application and sales of feed additives, enabling you to immediately add value in customer discussions.
* Strong knowledge of ruminant nutrition and technical sales approaches, with excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a strong plus), and a willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time to build relationships and drive results across the region.
