They are a fast-growing startup, with a dynamic team, and we dream BIG.About the Position: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our customer retention squad, focusing on our payment platform. This role involves spearheading initiatives to create new features and optimize financial functions, enhancing user engagement and retention.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new functionalities on our payment platform, focusing on maximizing customer lifetime value and reducing churn.
  • Utilize continuous discovery methods to deeply understand customer issues, identify opportunities, run experiments, and craft viable solutions.
  • Take ownership of the product strategy for customer retention, prioritizing initiatives that align with our business OKRs and driving significant impact.
  • Develop and manage financial dashboards to monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product Designers, Engineers, and Growth experts to execute strategies and deliver outstanding results.
  • Cultivate deep expertise within your product area through comprehensive market analysis, customer research, and analytics.

What We Look For:

  • Proven product management experience, especially in a SaaS or financial technology environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, user research, and leveraging data to drive product decisions.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing financial dashboards and interpreting large data sets to enhance product offerings.
  • Independent leadership with the ability to drive projects with minimal supervision, embodying a Product-Led Growth (PLG) mindset.
  • Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences.
  • Fluent in English, with outstanding communication skills necessary to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of the wellness industry is advantageous.
