We have recently opened an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Global QA team in Belgium.This is an ideal role for someone who is self-motivated with relevant QA and Data Strategy experience. We are open to candidates from other highly regulated industries.Main tasks
- Helping in the preparation of processes to ensure the compliance of the DSQS Quality Management System with the GxP (mainly GMP, GCP, GLP and GAMP),
- regulatory/legal and clients’ requirements.
- Monitor quality metrics (KPI) and help to prepare quality management reviews
- Monitor compliance with Cencora-PharmaLex training standards and documents in coordination with Global QA.
- Participate in the writing and reviewing of procedural documents, participate regular reviews and updates
- Participate in and follow-up on in internal, external and company vendor audits in coordination with global QA
- Preparing corrective and preventive action documentation
- Documenting and coordinating NCs and complaints with the CAPA owner and with global QA
- Quality oversight and quality control on software (SW) validation and IT infrastructure projects for process set up
- Responsible for the seamless process with IT and DI group to ensure the quality of infrastructures provided by IT or DI and the quality SW tools are compliant with Key Performance Indicators
.Critical qualifications, experience, ‘know-how’ and skills
- Minimum of Master’s qualification in a scientific domain;
- Basic IT knowledge
- Curiosity, Anticipation and Strictness;
- Autonomous, concentrated and high-quality work
- Ability to work in an international team
- Sense of responsibility
- Full ethical person
- Fluency in English
