The Opportunity
We are working with a forward-thinking technology organisation at the forefront of high-performance computing and data centre innovation. As part of continued growth, they are seeking a senior OCP Networking Architect to lead the design and development of next-generation infrastructure solutions.

This position offers the opportunity to shape large-scale, high-performance systems, working at the intersection of hardware, networking, and data centre architecture, with a particular focus on OCP-aligned solutions.
The Role
In this role, you will take ownership of designing and delivering data centre and rack-level architectures, ensuring alignment with OCP standards and customer requirements. You will work across multidisciplinary teams and act as a key technical authority.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Designing and architecting rack and data centre solutions based on Open Compute Project (OCP) standards
-Collaborating with PCB engineers, system architects, and backend teams to deliver integrated solutions
-Engaging with customers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable platform designs
-Defining network architectures, including scale-up and scale-out solutions using technologies such as Ethernet and InfiniBand
-Developing switching architectures and supporting network topology decisions
-Ensuring alignment with data centre infrastructure, management systems, and operational needs
-Contributing to AI and high-performance computing environments, including hardware and firmware considerations
-Providing technical leadership and guiding engineering teams towards optimal solutions About You
To be successful in this role, you are likely to have:

-Extensive experience in data centre or network architecture, particularly within OCP environments
-Strong understanding of OCP standards and reference designs
-Experience working with complex PCB designs, including high-frequency signals and routing constraints
-Proven knowledge of data centre networking, including switching architectures and Ethernet-based protocols
-Familiarity with scale-up and scale-out networking approaches and modern interconnect technologies
-A solid understanding of data centre infrastructure and operational management systems
-Exposure to AI or high-performance computing environments would be advantageous
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail
-A degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) in
