The position
As a Senior Enterprise Business Developer, you will join our dynamic and diverse team in the Transformational Office within the External Supply department. Our team spans across the SVP area, focusing on transforming and enhancing how we operate. As part of this innovative team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing key changes to improve our processes and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
Plan, manage, and implement strategic initiatives and projects in line with the External Supply strategy.
Identify and pursue enterprise-wide alignment on key strategic decisions, such as global framework design for External Supply management.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating subject matter expertise in relevant areas, including External Supply management.
Occasionally support in presenting findings to senior management and prepare and facilitate business development workshops.
Develop proposals and alternative solutions in alignment with the Transformation Office and Line of Business (LoB).
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
A MSc Degree within Supply Chain or similar, combined with at least 5 years of experience in driving large transformation projects from planning and managing to proposing iterative solutions for senior management endorsement.
Strong skills in planning, management and implementation of enterprise-wide projects.
Ability to develop short, medium, and long-range project plans to achieve strategic objectives, ideally within a global corporation.
Ability to act as Subject Matter expert on Pharma supply chains is preferred, though not mandatory.
Professional proficiency in English.
On a personal level, you are equipped with strong facilitation skills, including structured planning, preparation, and execution of business workshops and meetings. You possess strong analytical and listening skills, enabling you to understand complex data and connect the dots through stakeholder interviews. Additionally, you excel at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the business.
