We are currently looking for a Project Manager at our Leeds Service Centre, the successful candidate will project manager the overhaul of a range of rotating equipment including pumps, steam turbines and compressors from initial enquiry to final delivery.

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Overall responsibility for all assigned project deliverables including but not limited to:

• Hardware

• Financial and commercial outputs

• Quality documentation

• Dispute management

• Customer satisfaction

• On time delivery

• Driving maximisation of project profitability

• Working with Sales to produce tenders in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that the customer’s needs are met, and the company commercial guidelines are adhered to

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

• Proactively engage with company initiatives to support continuous improvement, health, and safety objects

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• HNC, HND or degree in engineering or business discipline and/or relevant experience within related industry

• Experience of contract negotiation in a commercial environment

• Strong customer relationship development and management skills

• Engineering experience dealing with highly engineered products

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP is desirable

• Ability to work as a project team leader and team member

• Comfortable working under pressure to strict deadlines

• Influencing and persuasion skills
