-Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
-Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations

-Minimize loss in both, the stockroom, and the sales floor

-Ensures best-in-class set-up of all shop windows, including outfit and positioning of mannequins, lighting, cleanliness, steam application and price indication
-Is responsible for clearly separated in shop-in-shop set-ups to emphasize category specific product presentation
-Ensures correct usage and positioning of in-store communication tools
-Executes correct dressing of mannequins and positioning of props in the store

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

-Preferably between 1-2 months working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment
