You pride yourself on your accurate and careful approach.How you’ll help us.Based out of our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands and reporting to the Director of Store Development & Commercial Operations, as part of the role, you’ll:Manage communication with stores by collating newsletters and monitoring intranet content.Respond to the stores’ daily requests via email and ticketing systems.Help deliver standardised materials for store and field teams, such as training manuals or operational guidelines.Coordinate and support projects such as staff training or store manager meetings.Provide direct support to stores and field teams and work to improve the support processes.More about you.2 – 4 years of retail experience in store management or operations.Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.Good command of written and spoken English.Affinity with (sports) fashion /sports brand.How we’ll help you.Your wellbeing is our top priority.
