Attraction and screening

  • Is first DU EMEA point of contact for all candidates and takes ownership of the candidate experience throughout the whole process.
  • Supports the Faculty Lead to develop and implement effective processes for attraction and screening.
  • Pro-actively uses experience and knowledge to make recommendations on sourcing and screening candidates to build a robust facilitator pipeline.
  • Manages and oversees the whole process: o Screens and assesses all candidate applications in line with predetermined criteria, ensuring that candidate skills and experience can be matched with an appropriate programme(s).
  • Schedules interview between candidate, Relationship Advisor (or Faculty Manager/Faculty Lead when required) and Curriculum Manager.
  • Conducts interview and concludes on outcome and recommendation.
  • Informs candidates, GEOs and relevant stakeholders on outcome of interview and recommended next steps.
  • Uses and updates the relevant tools to ensure all data are captured.
  • In charge of relevant reporting and recommendations on process and pipeline of facilitators.
  • Validates facilitator roles and criteria with Faculty Lead/Faculty Manager/Curriculum Managers for new programmes and in case of programme updates/re-design and updates all relevant info accordingly.
  • Supports the Faculty Lead and team, Curriculum and Delivery managers to build a community of facilitators and maintains connection to DU EMEA Faculty through effective communication and events (e.g., connect & learn event, Community of Practice).
  • Provides guidance to the Planning Officer to match candidates’ availability, skills, and role requirements with appropriate positions; according to predetermined criteria, and to manage cancellations within the defined timeframe.
  • Optimises attraction and screening processes through one centralised portal.
  • Supports the onboarding and new hire process for all facilitators in collaboration with the Faculty Team, Curriculum and Delivery managers.
  • Has the opportunity to initiate and/or participate in specific Faculty related projects.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Master’s degree or combine a bachelor’s degree with a relevant experience in Business/HR/Communication or related field.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Deloitte experience is an advantage.
  • Languages: English – fluent, other languages are an advantage.
