Job description
- Shaping and implementing the information policy in relation to both external and internal environments
- Preparing media communication and ensuring the efficient operation of the Press Office
- Developing and executing the Public Relations action plan
- Managing communication in crisis situations
- Reviewing key complaints and customer correspondence
- Assessing products from a reputational risk perspective
- Overseeing communication with subsidiary companies
- Developing and implementing a sponsorship strategy in the area of PR
Financial institution|Direct cooperation with the Management Board
- Higher education at the graduate level (Public Relations, Branding, Brand Management, or related fields)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading PR teams in large organizations
- Experience in managing information during crisis situations in large organizations
- Experience in conducting PR activities in large organizations
- Extensive experience in the financial industry is essential, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and regulations
- Professional qualifications, enhanced by certified training courses
- Experience in conducting courses, training sessions or academic lectures is an asset
- Strong command of English
