We are looking for a new Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in Finished Products (FP) area, based in Hillerød.The position
As our new Project Manager for PMO, you will be key in driving projects throughout their entire lifecycle within our finished production portfolio roadmap. Injectable Finished Products (IFP) department in Hillerød faces a more extensive and complex portfolio of projects initiated and executed over the coming years. Our production lines, which include the finished production, are facing several upgrades driven by the introduction of new products; optimization initiatives; compliance or obsolescence of hardware and software. You will have the opportunity to join our PMO supporting finished production and will be welcomed on this journey with us!You will be responsible for:Planning, executing, and following up on all related tasks/processes related to scope, schedule, resources, cost, quality, and project riskKeeping a close dialogue with line of business and all levels of management on our production site, as well as external vendorsActively contribute with learnings and experiences with rest of the PMO team to mature and strengthen our ability to run projects more efficientlyEnsuring that everything is correctly planned and executed in the right timeBuilding trusted relationships with different stakeholders inside and outside the companyQualifications
To succeed in this position, you have:An Academic Degree within engineering, pharmaceutical, or similarAt least 2-3 years of experience as a project manager or coordinating roleExcellent communication skills and experience working cross functionallyExperience from a GMP regulated environment would be an advantageProfessional proficiency in EnglishOn a personal level, you thrive in creating strong stakeholder relations and possess a curious, problem-solving mindset. With your project management experience, you understand how to create results in collaboration with the people around you. Your approach is characterized by proactive communication, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering value through teamwork.About the departmentYou will be an integral part of our close-knit team, consisting of 11 experienced project managers and 2 graduates. Our team is dedicated to planning and executing projects within the finished production at our production site.
