In addition, Kelly also offers an array of Consulting and Outsourcing servicesFor one of our client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:Position: Tax AnalystLocation: 100% remote / PoznańROLE:
- Assisting in the review of workpapers for U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns
- Assisting in the review of foreign tax reporting
- Assisting in the investor due diligence and onboarding processes
- Ongoing collection, tracking and monitoring of investor forms and data to be used in FATCA and CRS reporting
- Ongoing collection, tracking and monitoring of tax reporting from underlying investments via Canoe
- Responding to various IRS, state, and local tax notices
- Coordinating with external service providers to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Communicating and responding to various investor tax requests
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or business from an accredited college or university with a strong academic track record
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience at a financial institution or big 4 accounting firm
- Experience in U.S. or private equity taxation is preferred
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong work ethic and proactive, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment with enthusiasm for expanding knowledge
- Team-oriented, energetic self-starter with ability to collaborate cross-functionally across an organization as well as part of a team
- Ability to support multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
