  • Coordinating and leading project activities through the different stages from proof of concept in research, through product characterization and process development, technology transfer to large-scale manufacturing (incl CMO’s), and life cycle management.
  • Establish new raw materials, planning large-scale manufacturing, development of upscaling for full-scale manufacturing, and cleaning activities, as well as compile and present strategies and plans for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operate in a unique setup within the Novo Nordisk family as our site entails the entire product life cycle from early research to commercial production and if required discontinuation.

QualificationsTo succeed in the role:

  • Hold an M.Sc. in Chemistry, Bio-chemistry/technology, Life-Science Engineering, life science, or another relevant field within pharmaceutical sciences.
  • Your degree is supplemented with a minimum of 2+ years of industrial project management experience where you have gained in-depth knowledge of working with product development and/or manufacturing in GxP-regulated facilities.
  • Have a high level of energy to drive your projects and engage with your colleagues.
  • Have fluency in written and spoken English and be willing to learn Danish, if necessary.

As a person, you are result-oriented and take pride in delivering on your milestones, and you motivate your colleagues with a positive, forthcoming attitude. You work independently, although it also motivates you to cooperate closely with colleagues and stakeholders across functions and departments.

About the departmentYour new department, R&D Manufacturing Development, consists of 36 dedicated employees split into three teams. You will become a Project Manager in the PSG PM and Contract Manufacturing team consisting of 11 people, chemists and Project Managers.
