we are looking for!

The position

As a trusted advisor for the local management team, you will be dedicated to supporting our Manufacturing Development area. You will help to develop the organisation to meet future needs, set the direction within HR-related topics and be a key player in developing and supporting senior management teams to succeed.

                                                        

Other responsibilities will be within:

-Organisational development, process facilitation and team development.
-Facilitating HR processes, and leading HR projects; executing the central annual HR processes, bonus & salary, talent management and employee engagement survey.
-Contributing to the development and implementation of cross-functional initiatives both internally in  PP, but also across the SVP area.
-Supporting and driving strategic and operational discussions with regard to leadership, organisational structure, performance governance, company culture and sustainable well-being.

Your main stakeholders will be your local management teams in PP,and the other HRBPs in API P&O. . You main location will be at site Kalundborg (KA)

Qualifications

You are characterised by being a strong and pragmatic executor with a strategic can-do mindset. A person people want to work with and who is respected by stakeholders because you drive things forward and because you have a high personal integrity, which allows you to offer your perspectives respectfully.
 
Ideally, you:
•    Have experience as an HR Business Partner within a large, international and culturally diverse environment with change management and organisational development
•    Are able to think strategically and to translate business into HR actions, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges and future outlook.
•    Know how to remove people and organization related roadblocks, ensuring strong support to strategy implementation
•    Hold a relevant academic degree within HR, Organization, Business Psychology or similar.
•    Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
 
It is natural for you to bridge opinions, among other things, by demonstrating good cultural understanding and stakeholder management. You find solutions and get people to collaborate, focusing on what matters most for the end-user, and you are an experienced process facilitator. 

About the department

Our People & Organisation Business Partnering department  consist of 11 HRBP, a Project Lead, a project coordinator, a Training Academy team and several students, supporting all HR processes in API. Together, we are responsible for developing our organisation and employees to meet current and future needs.

You will be assigned to Purification Plant   (PP), a production area which purifies some of our Novo Nordisk insulins and Glucagon Like Peptide-1 (GLP-1) products. This is why you must be able to see yourself as part of production, having most of your working days in the production facility. .
