Then this role is tailor-made for you, read more and apply now!The positionCustomer Complaints (CC) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to drive the improvement agenda for the customer complaint handling process. The candidate will get the opportunity to lead projects, develop new processes and procedures in close collaboration with colleagues in the department and the management team.You will partner with a wide variety of stakeholders within the organization, ranging from affiliates across CC departments to investigators worldwide in order to deliver critical problem solving and/or decisions.Besides leading key projects and initiatives, other key responsibilities will be to:

• Collaborate with the CC Stakeholders to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management, Steering Groups (StG) and stakeholders
• Lead the project team and manage resources, including coordinating internal and external resources to ensure flawless execution of projects
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular project status reports to stakeholders, StG and management
• Effectively manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes

Moreover, you will implement project management best practices and methodologies to ensure efficiency and quality in project delivery; fostering an environment that encourages scientific thinking and continuous learning and improvement.Finally, through analysis of business, process, and systems performance you will identify improvement opportunities and challenge current state to meet the high aspirations for the future.QualificationsWe are looking for someone that can manage multiple projects simultaneously, has great interpersonal skills that allow them to communicate content in a simple way and get stakeholders on board.To succeed in this role, you:

• Hold a master’s degree within engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management or project management
• Have proven professional experience with project management
• Have gained said experience in a highly regulated industry like pharmaceuticals, food or finance
• Have solid analytical skills and experience in analyzing complex business issues
• Are fluent in written and spoken English

It will be seen as an advantage if you have experience with LEAN, digital technologies and curiosity for innovation.As a person, you are comfortable with taking initiative proactively and have a strong personal drive and dedication with a ‘can-do’ attitude. About the department
In CC, we are the ‘voice of the patient’; recording, investigating and responding to customer complaints globally for both marketed and clinical products. We are more than 100 colleagues Denmark, USA and India and are part of the Novo Nordisk Quality organization.You will be sitting in a newly established CC Projects team, consisting of project managers responsible for strategic projects and for new product entry. You will be reporting to the Manager of CC Projects, based in Bagsvaerd, and will be working closely with the managers and colleagues across the departments.Working at Novo Nordisk
