The P2P Lead – France is responsible for driving end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay process excellence across Finnish entities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement in alignment with EME P2P strategy. The role acts as the key process owner and change agent, partnering with Finance, Purchasing, IT, and regional P2P teams to deliver measurable performance improvements and successful transformation initiatives.   

Your Impact:

-Process Governance Govern the end-to-end P2P process for French entities in alignment with EME standards Act as escalation point for complex P2P process issues   
-Continuous Improvement & Transformation Lead P2P improvement initiatives (EDI, RPA, GR/IR, auto posting, SNC) Identify efficiency, automation, and standardization opportunities across the P2P lifecycle Drive measurable improvements in quality, cycle time   
-Stakeholder & Change Management Act as primary P2P business partner for IT, Purchasing, Finance, and local management Lead change management, training, and coaching for local users and AP teams Bridge collaboration between France, Budapest, and India teams  
-Performance Management & Reporting Own and monitor P2P KPIs and service performance Deliver regular operational and management reporting with clear insights and actions Support AP management with data-driven decision-making    
 

Your Experience and Qualification:

-Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.  
-4–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable operations.  
-Strong change management and stakeholder management skills within a matrix organization.  
-Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.  
-Proven problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities.  
-Proficiency in English and French will be considered a strong advantage.
