About the Role

As part of the Global Commercial Finance CoE, you will act as a trusted partner to Sales, Legal, and Revenue teams across EMEA. Your mission is to enable seamless post-sales operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while driving process innovation.

This role is not just about executing tasks – it’s about problem-solving, collaboration, and influencing outcomes. You’ll work in a dynamic environment where adaptability, ownership, and proactive thinking are key to success.

What You Will Do

Your impact will be measured by how effectively you navigate complexity and deliver value. Key responsibilities include:

-Decision-Making & Risk Assessment: Review and accept post-sales requests (addenda, terminations, transfers, and many more) with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and business impact.
-Advisory: Guide internal stakeholders on contracting and approval requirements, ensuring clarity and confidence in every interaction.
-Customer-Centric Problem Solving: Respond to internal queries within agreed SLAs, prioritizing resolution and relationship-building.
-Digital Fluency: Use SAP and related tools to manage transactions end-to-end, leveraging data for insights and efficiency.
-Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization.
-Collaboration: Coordinate across regions and functions, contributing to projects that shape future workflows.
-Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain process documentation to enable scalability and learning.

Preferred Experience & Skills

-Background in Finance, Economics, or related fields or equivalent practical experience.
-Strong analytical and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (or similar ERP systems).
-Fluency in English; and good knowledge German is required.
