The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated People Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, with a strong understanding of people’s best practices in a startup environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company and bring a meaningful impact on our team and culture.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Manage and resolve team challenges, provide consultative partnership approach and constructive routes to people related solutions.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
  • Oversee and lead the development of the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in a remote work environment.
  • Lead the development of competitive compensation and benefits structures, market insights to recommend attractive salary bands, incentive systems, and benefits packages that attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
  • Manage employee onboardings, compliant records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

 

Join the team if you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a generalist role; startup experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of people business partnering, employment laws, and regulations in a remote work setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
