MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

-Prepare and/or update the various changes for the employee pay affecting payroll (bank details update, bonuses, absences,etc) for EMEA on a monthly basis according to company policy and proper approval level
-Prepare the monthly payroll for approval
-Respond to employees and business queries
-Prepare and submit tax and third party payments
-Participate to basic testings for Payroll regulatory changes.
 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

-Administration/Accounting/Finance/Business degree.
-Experience in Payroll
-Detail oriented
-Fluent in English
-Advanced competency with Excel and Microsoft Office
-SAP experience preferred
-Demonstrate ability to work independently
-Demonstrate problem solving skills
-Proven analytical and organizational skills
-Ability to work in international, matrix environment

Compensation: starting from PLN 77850 PLN gross per year STARTING SALARY

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
