Your responsibilities
-Drafting and review of legal documents based on approved templates
-Research work in available trademark databases – based on the results, preparing advice for the design and merchant teams in relation to the developed artworks and designs
-Preparation of Bailiff Statements to ensure proof of use of the C&A brands
-Conducting legal research and preparing structured overviews of the findings
-Following up on deadlines for current projects and managing case files
-All other tasks and activities relating to the administrative support of the team

What you bring
-Bachelor’s degree in law
-Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French and German is an asset
-Excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-Strong organizational skills, extremely discreet and able to think proactively
-Attention to detail combined with efficient time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks
-Strong analytical skills as well as critical thinking
-Strong, committed team player combined with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and international environment
