Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Varna, Bulgaria

Salary: A‚¬1700

My client is looking for a super star Operations Manager who is looking for a new challenge.

If you are ready to join a fantastic hotel group and are a team player, a natural born leader then this is the role you might be looking for.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

* You will substitute and assist the General Manager, department heads of the hotel by coordinating the activities of all departments and ensuring the necessary information and organization to support the operational process.

* You implements the company’s goals and concepts, and programs to achieve high quality of the tourism product and achieve positive financial results.
*
* You control the execution of the company’s technological instructions, principles, rules, requirements, and standards by checking the quality of service in restaurants, bars, kitchens, the readiness of rooms for guests, and other parts of the hotel.
*
* You will be representing the establishment and its staff to contractors, representatives of tourism companies, as well as all regional and national regulatory institutions.
*
* You love to manage the daily operations, planning, and real-time monitoring to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning of the hotel.
*
* You ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction is provided at all times, you respond to complaints, resolve conflicts if they arise.

Financial management –

* Managing the operational budget, and controls expenses.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Higher education and/or education with a specialty in Tourism.
* Work experience – over 5 years in a managerial position in the field of tourism.
* Good command of Bulgarian language knowledge.
* You should have Bulgarian residency document.
* Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at a working level.
* A second foreign language is considered an advantage.
* Analytical skills.
* Experience in the “Food and Beverage” sector.

Leadership skills:

* Good communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
* Ability to motivate and develop staff.
* Experience in the hotel industry – previous experience in hotel management.
* Customer orientation – attention to detail and a constant drive to improve service quality.
* Very good computer literacy.
