As our new Operations Analyst, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by analyzing and optimizing our operational processes, driving data-driven decisions, and contributing to the success of our global organization.You will be joining our Planning & Analytics team, where you will analyze operational data, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic decision-making. You will moreover collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights, optimize workflows, and enhance the efficiency of our operations.To excel in this role, it is ideal that you are a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex challenges in a dynamic environment.How you will make a meaningful contributionYour key responsibilities include:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support decision-making across departments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes, improve resource utilization, and enhance overall efficiency
• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
• Support the implementation of new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance operational performance
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on key operational initiatives

Bring your world class expertise into playYou are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement

• You hold a degree in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• You have strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, Excel, SQL) and familiarity with ERP systems
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets
• You have effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to stakeholders
