Minister/Pioneer

This is a dual role comprising 50% Minister of Church & 50% Pioneer in the Community (with particular emphasis upon young families).

Ideally this will be an ordained Baptist Minister or someone willing to train towards a recognised model of Baptist leadership, but we are open to applicants who wish to job-share or who have another model of ministry to offer.
