A Day in the Life

Based in our Milan office, you will join the Dermatological Beauty Division as a Medical Marketing Intern. Reporting to the Medical Director, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to bridge science and beauty, ensuring that the incredible innovation behind our products is communicated accurately and effectively. Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

• Content Creation & Adaptation: You will assist in creating and adapting essential medical communication materials, including presentations, brochures, and web content, ensuring they are scientifically sound and engaging.
• Scientific Research & Insights: You will conduct scientific literature reviews, summarize relevant data, and monitor competitor activities to provide the team with actionable insights that shape our strategy.
• Medical Event Support: You will support the organization of key medical events, from scientific conferences to educational webinars, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Digital & Compliance: You will contribute to our digital media initiatives and help ensure all communications adhere to strict regulatory and ethical standards.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with a unique blend of scientific curiosity and business acumen, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are a proactive and organized individual who is eager to learn and contribute from day one.

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you have:

• A degree (or are a student) in a scientific or business-related field (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Marketing, Scientific Communication).
• Fluent English is a must for collaborating with our international teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A keen interest in the beauty industry and digital trends.
